Images don't show up when downloading

I just d/l my Online collection to my local database (which is completely empty), and everything but the images was restored.  Not one of my front or back cover images are present locally even though the d/l completed normally.  I'm using the lastet DVDP version.  Any thoughts?

Menu: Online -> Refresh All Images ...

Custom coverscans will be lost though.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
