I do not see any way to limit to a thread nor do I see a way to AND keywords so that I could look for bulkedit AND tag.
Does anyone have any ideas how this can be accomplished.

| | Posted: | | | | Not with the site's search engine, no, but you can slightly cheat using Google assuming the subject title is somewhat unique.
You do this by going to Google and typing in something like:
"Topic Title Here" keyword site:invelos.com
Only this site will be searched, the part in quotes is searched as a string instead of individual words (and since you know the title name exactly, this is the better choice) and keywords outside of the quotes are searched for individually.
