I have inserted a disc and after a few moments a pop up comes up in the bottom right corner showing an acceptable front cover image and profile BUT

1. I am unable to click on that pop up and choose the suggested item - this is just a nuisance that maybe you can think about doing something about maybe, please?

2. While on the first occasion I was then able to switch to Add By Title and the suggested profile came up, when I tried this on the second occasion, for a movie entitled Underground, I cannot get the system to find the profile that it popped up with when I was using the inserted disc option.

Please advise where is the source of that pop up information and why can I not use it load to Add to Owned?
