I purchased DVD profiler in Oct 2007; as i have awful collection of DVD and wanted organize and sell them. However, due to personal reasons, i was unable to use it.
Now i want to use it but have lost registration key. I have sent multiple emails to customer service to provide me with registration key but have received no reply.
What are my options, i really need to use software and i have paid for it already.

| Posted: | | | | When having lost your registration key you'd need to remember: a) the username used for your Premium registration (obviously not vs224, since it doesn't show the "Premium"-logo) or b) the E-Mail address with which you originally registered your Premium version In both cases you can use the "Forgot Password" function If you cannot recall this info you'd need to contact Invelos directly.
