Automatized ... depends on what level of automation you are looking for.

The Plugin BulkEdit allows to import e.g. CSV-files.
But if you are referring to you other questions about collectionnumbers, there might not be any need to export anything, as BulkEdit allows you to edit a bulk of profiles at a time.

As Mithi mentioned, that is precisely what BulkEdit was designed to do. It can do some things in minutes that would hours to do manually.

Also, explore the DVD Copy/Paste option built into DVDP Profiler. Depending on what you want to copy or change, you can use this method, and it is lightning fast.

If you have already made the changes in Excel, and you want to import the changes in overlay mode, let me know - it is possible that BulkEdit accidently support this ... but I will try it first and make sure. Otherwise I think I could tweak the plugin easily.
