| Posted: | | | | Does anyone know what the shortest Run Time of any DVD is? I’ve just contributed one that lasts 3 minutes; 2:46 to be exact. Are there any 2 or 1 minute ones? Paul NB It's the DVD that came as part of the limited edition CD "Morrissey, you are the Quarry". It's just a promo video for one song, plus a couple of extras. | | | Do you ever find yourself striving for perfection with an almost worthless attempt at it? Guttermouth "Lemon Water". Also, I include in my Profiler database VHS tapes, audio DVDs, audio books (digital, cassette and CD), video games (digital, DVD and CD) and 'enhanced' CDs with video tracks on them, as well as films and TV I've bought digitally. So I'm an anarchist, deal with it. Just be thankful I don't include most of my records and CDs etc in it too; don't think I haven't been tempted... |

| Posted: | | | | An interesting question.
Too bad I don't have an interesting answer. My shortest is 40 minutes. | | | If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.

| Posted: | | | | I have a DVD that's just under 8 minutes (1 Music Video) — but that's the shortest I know of in my entire collection. | | | Corey |

| Posted: | | | | I know I have a few bonus dvds that are 15 minutes or less, think the shortest is around 5 minutes.
Oh, and a mini-promo disc with the Alien Vs. Predator trailer on it and nothing else. |

| Posted: | | | | My shortest feature is R2-D2: Beneath the Dome at 21 mins. I never got around to buying George Lucas in Love on DVD but that would have been only 8 mins. | | | First registered: February 15, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | Shortest one I have profiled is 10 minutes. It's a bonus disc that came with Star Trek Deep Space Nine Season 3.
Shortest not-bonus-disc DVD that I have is Cute & Cuddly Critters: Lions, Bighorns and Bears which is 18 minutes. | | | If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world. -- Thorin Oakenshield | | | Last edited: by Danae Cassandra |

I never got around to buying George Lucas in Love on DVD but that would have been only 8 mins. 9 actually, but who's counting. The other short film put it well over 20 minutes total, but the feature is quite short. I own it solely for Film Club, but Swing Blade is pretty funny too. | | | Last edited: by bigdaddyhorse |

| Posted: | | | | Wow, just clicked the amazon link. Love the prices, anywhere from a buck to 35-40! It's worth closer to the former, unless you want to buy mine. | | | Last edited: by bigdaddyhorse |

There was a "collectible" for $69, I'm almost tempted. Mine is double collectible, somehow. Yours for $50 shipped! About the one or 2 minute dvd, that Alien vs. Predator mini is around 2, 3 tops. It is literally just the trailer and nothing else, no menu, no options, nada. But it is a promo so I don't know if that counts, I never thought to make a profile for it or even check if one exists, or put it in my collection. |
