| Posted: | | | | Hi, I have recently switched to mac, so I have no PC to use. Is there no way you can export your database to ex. a .csv file, so I can use it for my database system on my mac (since you have no mac app)? |

You could also use your old Windows license on the Mac. With the Bootcamp assistant you can create a Windows Partition. That is the cheapest way to run DVDP on a Mac, but you will have to restart your Mac and boot from that Partition every time you want to use DVDP. Another option is to run Windows in a virtual machine with Parallels. You could also try Crossover to run Windows programs without a Windows installation. I never got DVDP to run well with Crossover but others had more success.
I really hope that Ken will release a Mac app someday. But it probably won't happen anytime soon. He is crazy enough to work on an Android app next and I'm afraid that will keep him busy forever unless he decides to release it only for the most popular Android devices. |
