What do you think?
I haven't seen any of these movies, I have several on order.

I'm not surprised, but then I don't keep close watch.  I've only seen two of the films nominated for any Oscar this year:  The Avengers  & The Hobbit.

Cloud Atlas didn't get any nominations. Oh dear. The movie was a mess, but it was really innovative and creative.

No Oscar, but the Golden Globe came through:
Director, Motion Picture: Ben Affleck, Argo.

Hollywood didn't like Nolan's undertones of personal responsibility in the final Batman that he will captain.  It is a shame to, while I didn't like it as much as the other two as I feel the comic storyline was trashed it was a good film with a great message.

I believe it's an allegory, about corporate America.
