ERROR Connection test succeed with wrong IP

After installing the release version I setup the database to connect to my pc but made a typo in the IP address. Still got Connection Test Succeeded. The update failed as expected.

Test should fail.

Confirmed!


Edit: tested with a false IP and a false domain name that doesnt even resolve. Both show success.
