BROKEN: Images for new additions not syncing to phone |

| | Posted: | | | | When I add a movie to the desktop and then do a database sync from the phone, all the information for the new movie, except the disk image, copies to the phone. The sync window on the desktop says it is idle and will continue to count up the seconds. The phone just stays on the images field and continually says updating until I cancel it.
The workaround that always works is to change the size of the images and it asks to re-do all the images and it all works fine. Images for the new movies move over and it syncs very quickly. This behavior has been going on since the one of the first beta's, through the 1.0 release and now in this beta.
Phone is a Droid DNA, Desktop version 3.8.2, build 1542. |

Phone is a Droid DNA, Desktop version 3.8.2, build 1542. Hi. On my HTC phone that is not able to be reproduced. I have had issues with whole profiles not updating when added via the phone. Tha images have always worked however. Do you have the setting for High-res thumbnails set? (I figured it was worth asking  ) |

| | Posted: | | | | I have a Nexus 7 2012 and have the same problem, the first upload was an issue, then changed the size of the images (from small to smaller) and it loaded very quickly (2-3 min, collection size about 2400), from that point forward it will not update images, all else updates.
I have a solid WiFi connection, it shows connected (at the bottom of the screen on the PC in DVD Profiler), after about 1 min that connection drops out.
I have tried to change image size again, distance from the router, number of operations/programs running on both devices and have had no luck in narrowing down the problem. |

| | Posted: | | | | The problem I seem to have is that any image updates won't be copied to the device. If the profile was originally synced without an image or an other image then any new image updates aren't downloaded to the profile.
This affects my Asus Transformer Infinity TF700 with Android 4.2.1 |
