| Posted: | | | | I have a problem and I am hoping someone here will have a solution. I have DVD Profiler for my PC and DVD Profiler for my iPhone. They are synced together. Both of them show that I have a total of 744 titles. But when I backup the database online it is always off by 2. It currently lists the total as 742. It wasn't always like that.
Any suggestions? Thanks. |

| Posted: | | | | It might be the titles are considered "Adult". Unless you have ticked the boxes that allow them to be viewed online, they will not show up.
Go to > my profiler > Online Collection Settings > Tick the 2 Adult boxes > Submit. |

Thanks for the suggestion. I don't have any adult titles, but I tried doing that anyway. It didn't make a difference. I'm still off by two and I can't figure out why. |

| Posted: | | | | Interestingly, when I look at my database online, it has the correct number of titles. I can't figure it out. |

| Posted: | | | | Be aware that DVDP considers certain title Adult that aren't (thus Kathy's wording)... it will consider titles that are the 'highest regular rating' in your Locality as Adult for purposes of the online collection, as well as actual Adult titles. Also don't forget you may be getting different views of your online whether you are logged in as you or not.
Also check that you don't have some of the 'Count As' fields set to 0 | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |

I think when I entered some box sets I set it up to not count the box set as one and only count the individual titles. That's probably the problem. Thanks. |
