Media Type:
Blu-Ray
DVD
Online Streaming: [(Vudu); (Amazon Prime); etc.]
For each movie in my collection, I would like to have a checkboxes saying if the movie is owned in Blu-Ray, DVD and/or Online.. if online which online streaming service it's located at.

You can only customize the Media Type for one thing, such as streaming, etc. but you are not able to select more than one customized category. So if I have a movie saved to iTunes and Ultraviolet, there is no way to show that. I can only pick one custom category.
Please for next update:
The media type needs to have a UltraViolet selection for the movies that are sold with it,
Have a media type selection for streaming and sub categories that can be added to,
and
Be able to select more than one custom media type.
