| Posted: | | | | I searched for this error and could only find old posts from 2007 but my problem is different. I get this error even when DVDP is sitting idle for a while with no profile windows open. It just pops up randomly and started quite a while back on this version. I've run the database fixer many times but it doesn't solve the problem. I believe the number after the error message is "10". Any idea what I should look for out of bounds? I can't even find the in bounds section. Could it be titles that are too long as I change the name of titles when there are multiple disks for the same title, like "Title Name Season 3 Disk 2 of 4"? I list multiple disks separately so that it is easier to find them by location. I probably should start a new topic but wondering if it's possible to stop the 'update profiles' reminder popup. I'm really not interested in the minutiae, just title, overview, genre, cast, and location so don't care if there are corrections, addition, or errors in data. Any help would be appreciated. | | | -Jerry in NW Florida |

When the screen pops up next time simply press the "CTRL"-button on your keyboard while clicking on "No". This results in disabling the nag-screen. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

The list out of bounds means, that Profiler tries to access an item by index, but the used index is out of bounds (i.e. it is higher than the index of the last item, or lower than 0). Is there any way I could find the entry that's causing the problem? The repair tool doesn't fix it but it should fix something like this. If I exported to Excel would it be easier to find the error? | | | -Jerry in NW Florida |

Thanks for the quick reply Lewis. Maybe in the next version Ken could add a button on the popup to disable the nag screen or at least put it in the Options menu. | | | -Jerry in NW Florida |
