| Posted: | | | | Hello,
I have a problem with adding new profiles to my collection. To be short : I cannot do that anymore. If I click on the icon, a popup is shown that says :
Access violation of address 00404616 in module 'dvdpro.exe'. Write of address 75207366.
Can anyone help me please? Thanks in advance. |

| Posted: | | | | DatabaseRepair will be of assistance here. (Tools -> Options -> Utilities -> Repair Database) | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | (1) First, to isolate if a plugin problem, execute start DVDP with no plugins. If that works, then by process of elimination, find out which one.
(2) Another trick to start fresh is: (a) backup your database, (b) database repair (c) backup again, (d) load a new (empty database), (e) restore repaired database into the empty one. If that doesn't fix it, then reinstall DVDP, reboot your PC and do (d) - (e) again. That should solve almost any problem. | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. | Posted: | | | | Thanks for your reaction, but meanwhile I solved the problem. I restored a backup from about two weeks ago, and readded the new profiles. |
