Is there anyway to import a list of DVD titles from a file like TXT, CSV or Excel?

Do you have a list of UPCs/EANs?  If so, you can go to Add DVDs to Collection and from the Add by UPC tab click the Add Multiple... button.  From the popup window you can either select a text file to open or you can paste in a list of UPCs/EANs.

Directly, No.

IIRC the Plugin BulkEdit has such a feature, or something like it was thought about, quick-scan this thread.

Main problem is: DVD Profiler works with UPC (or Disc-ID) as the main key for profiles, so a title might give you lots of good information about a movie, but could give you completely wrong information regarding release-specific data like audio-tracks, subtitles, running time etc.
