| Posted: | | | | I like to keep my Blu-ray's separated from my DVD's. But I want to keep the Dual format ones with the Blu-ray's. So I usually edit Dual format releases after adding them by unchecking the DVD-box in the 'Edit profile'-pane. I have done this for a few years now. But suddenly these media type changes won't sync to the online feature. Doesn't really matter for the desktop app, but it does for the iOS app, which I use a lot more.
Any idea what could be going wrong?? |

| Posted: | | | | I am having a similar problem recently. I update Cast and Crew, lock the profile, and upload it. However, it is not showing my updates in my Online Collection. This never happened in the past.
and yes, I tried clearing the cache. That didn't help. | | | Last edited: by obelisk |

| Posted: | | | | Most likely the online list doesn't recognize that there were changes.
Work around: - create a new database (File -> Open Database -> New Database) - switch to that database and upload it, your online list should now be empty - switch back to you productive database and upload - success (I hope) | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki |

| Posted: | | | | The problem seems to have resolved itself. I've got no clue how or why. |

| Posted: | | | | I noticed this too. About a week ago, none of my local changes showed up online. Unless they were accepted after contribution.
After Ken and his swarm of minions fixed the server performance issues (April 9th), this was resolved as well. |
