I installed the new version 4.0.0 and 4.0.1 unfortunately I discovered a bug when using the barcode scanner. DVD Profile requires installing Pic2Shop to run while the program is installed and running before the 4.0 update. Affine of counter this problem it seems that the only way and to disable the applis in the parameters.

I am not sure you are saying you cannot access the program at all or such thing, but you can turn off Pic2Shop in the Settings (it has its own section "Barcode Scanner") and after turning it off the program will simply use the scanning functions of the internal camera.
