App Freezes on OKAY screen |

| | Posted: | | | | ios app on 10.5 iPad pro running 11.2, when connecting to either the database on my PC or the web, the connection is tested successfully but I am not able to click OKAY to go to the next screen, I need to force quit the app. |

| | Posted: | | | | Same here on iPhone X 11.2. have to close the app in background and re-try after three attempts it finally worked, but any of the times you try when the window pops up to retry or cancel the buttons wont work so you have to close the app. |

| | Posted: | | | | I decided to try something when trying to transfer database from my iPhone to the PC. Step one I decided to hold down de update button for at least 10 seconds then I released it and the app did not froze on me.
I did try not to hold down the update button for at least 10 seconds and the app did freeze on me |
