| Posted: | | | | I received a combo pak from Disney Movie Club. There are 2 blu-ray movies, each in their own case. The outer box does not have a UPC code. Each movie had a unique UPC. They both had a sticker over the UPC code that said something to the effect that it could not be sold separately. How should this be entered in the database? FYI- the movies were "The Nightmare Before Christmas" Multi Screen Edition and "Hocus Pocus Anniversary Edition." The outer box says only "Disney Halloween Collection." |

| Posted: | | | | Wow, not really sure on this.
Normally I would have said that since the outer box doesn't have a UPC# to use the Disc ID method. But I'm not sure if that is correct method in this case since I think that should only apply to when it's the same movie. But here we have two. So which one to enter.
Once could just come up with a Manual profile for the "Disney Halloween Collection" outer box and then enter the UPC#s for the two children movies. (Of course the manual profile couldn't be contributed). But at least you'd have the box set correctly entered into your local database with your purchase data intact for the set.
Unless someone else has ideas. |

| Posted: | | | | I'd suggest not concerning yourself with the item being represented in the "shared" online database. Just add the items to your local database however you'd like and move on. Life's too short. | | | My DVD/Blu-ray Collection |
