To extend DJ Doena's suggestion: once you've selected Tools -> Reports, the Reports window shows a "Invelos simple Listing" form. In that window, by using the Options -> Select/Sort "As filtered/sorted in the collection listing" (meaning what you see on screen in the main application, you have to prepare that beforehand of course) to tailor the list to your wishes, using the collection numbering for your list. DVDprofiler sends it directly to a printer, but there are various ways to print to pdf (free tools like CutePDF, PDF24, etc).
If this way of creating your list doesn't work for you, there are alternatives: best way IMHO is to install the DVDprofiler addin Database Query from Mark Harrison.
You can find its
download location here (this link can be found on the Downloads -> Plugins page on this website). Download that Database Query plugin. Install it, run DVDprofiler, start the Query tool from the Tools menu (Tools -> Database Query...) and load the data (without cast/crew info).
In that Query tool select "Other" (the last item on the left side), then select Field=ProfileID and Query='List by profile ID'. Run it, then all profiles are listed with only Title, Production year, Media type ans ProfileID (=EAN=UPC). You can trim the columns by right clicking on any column title then click or unclick what you (do not) want to see.
Select the whole list (click the first profile, then goto the last and shift-click it) and copy (the lefmost small icon below the title bar). The list is now on the clipboard.
Open your favourite spreadsheet program (like Excel or LibreOffice) and paste -- these programs are best suited to column editing. Add your own numbering if the Query tool didn't present what you wanted.
This should provide you with the list you wanted with minimal extra fields. You may want to format the profileID column as text.
Export to PDF to your liking. Both Excel and LibreOffice have this as a built-in feature.
