Real Player Cloud causing DVD Profiler to hang

A long time ago I installed Real Player and somehow their Cloud program got downloaded too.

Sometimes the Cloud program will startup automatically (in the background) and cause DVD Profiler to hang. I have to stop the Cloud program via the Task Manager and then DVD Profiler will start to run normally again.

Why would this be?
