I edit many profiles at a time and when a new update is available it's hard to remember sometimes if I should or shouldn't accept an update.
Sure I could lock a profile, but when looking at an update comparison it's easy to forget if what's in the current profile is my doing or someone else's and can be overridden by unlocking that section anyway and accepting the update and accidentally overwriting my hard work.

So I would like to have where it's much more easier to identify a profile I  recently edited.
Perhaps by clicking on a box an Icon would show up on the General Info tab or even better where the color of the profile itself would change to a different color, perhaps Yellow as in Caution
