I have used the IOS Profiler unlimited version (Account A) since 2004. This is also the Online Collection
Now I have bought the Windows unlimited version. (Account B)
When I try to synchronize the windows database (account B) with DVD Profile Online from account A, in windows I can not see all the images/cover of the DVD/Blu-rays, maybe only half (in total they are 905).
In the IOS version, I can see all the images/cover of the DVD / Blurays.
When I use "Online-Refresh all images", for the missed images/Cover, the DVD/Blu-rays get the value "Skipped". The same values appear when i synchronize the databases again.
Can someone tell me why it is like that? or what can I do to solve this problem?
Is it a BUG?
