| Posted: | | | | Hello! My PC runs Windows 10 and until a few days, DVD Profiler was running fine. Then database Errors occured and attempts to repair it were not successfull. Then I deleted the Programm, restarted the, downloaded a Fresh Version of DVD-PRofiler (Version 4, the same I already had running on the PC) and tried Setup. But it Always stops with the same error message:
"C:\Users\Ralph\Documents\DVD Profiler\Layouts\InvelosDefault.dpl
An error occurred while trying to create a file in the destination Directory:
Setup was unable to create the Directory
"C.\Users\Ralph\Documents\DVDProfiler\Layouts".
Error 2: The System could not find the file.
Click Retry to try again, ignore ot ignore …."
Can somebody please help? How can I get DVD Profiler to run again? I already took a look at the registry and cleaned it with a program. What can I do to solve the Problem? |

| Posted: | | | | Appears to be a user authentication problem. You might have to login as administrator to re-install DVD Profiler, and make sure you authorize the program to be used by "all users." | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. | Posted: | | | | Thank you very much for your quick answer, but the Problem could not be solved. Tried to run it as admin, and for all users and in compatibility mode and what else, but Nothing helps. I really don´t know what I can do to be able to use DVD Profiler again. |

| Posted: | | | | (1) If you are able to restore your system back to before running the "registry cleaner," do it. I have always been suspicious of those kinds of tools. Then retry my previous suggestion. (2) If you can't do that, then try running the Microsoft system corruption fixer: System File Checker. Good luck. | | | Thanks for your support.
