I have just installed DVD Profiler for android on my Huawei P30 Lite.
I am trying to download my collection from Invelos and at first it seems to go very well. At aprox. 75% complete the "Downloading profiles" status bar is stuck and nothing seems to happen. What should I do to get my collection downloaded? |

| | Posted: | | | | Same here. It stopped working a month ago. I‘m using a OnePlus 6 with their near vanilla Android named oxygen os. It is already the android 10 version. Maybe it ist time for a new android app version for the newer android os version. The app on my ipad 2018 is working perfectly. |

| | Posted: | | | | I've solved the problem by deleting the app cache and app data. The restart it, lock in to the invelos server and do a complete database download. |
