| Posted: | | | | A while back I Using free Version 2.xx I think. I paid for the registration and had updated to an unlimited version of 4.0. Been using it for a long time. Recently I wanted to contribute some discs that where not in the database. The UPC codes were not in there and looking it up by Title did not show it. I went to contribute and when I tried to log into my account nothing. Wouldn't accept my password or my user name was wrong. I clicked on the forgot password link . Got the standard we are sending you an email. Nope nothing. No response. I sent an email to the main contact address. No response. I created another account with the same email address that I received the registration key. It works . I try to update the account with my key. Nope not happening says invalid key. What the hell invelos. Is this how you treat your customers, ignore them? |

| Posted: | | | | The key is also tied to the first name / last name you used when purchasing the registration. Are you sure you entered those correctly? What was your old username? |
