Yes, you can do it with ProfilerQuery, but how practical it will be depends a little on just what you want to export.

If you were to try to export every field including cast and crew, that would become an awful lot of data in every single row. That would hardly be useful. If it's just a few selected fields, then it would be easy.

Take a look at ProfilerQuery, read the help file, and if you have any questions I'll be happy to answer them.
Hint: File -> Open result in spreadsheet in the menu is what you should concentrate on.

For very basic data export to Excel and others, there used to be a very easy to use plugin called "CSV Export" which allowed exporting just user selected data fields. It unfortunately appears to be gone from the downloads section tho...
If someone still has a installer copy, IIRC tho quite old (ca 2009) it still worked with the current program.

One downside of the CSV format is the difficulty in handling multi-value fields, such as Genre or hierarchical fields, such as Disks. Mark Harrison had a clever but unique way of handling these fields, and he also had two options: column-wise and row-wise.

Just be aware, and take a careful look at the output before you try to load and parse the files. My plugin BulkEdit was designed to load Mark's CSV format directly and at one time I attempted to stay in step with his updates. I invite you to try it if you think it will help you (like importing CSV formatted profiles), and if you do find a bug, I will do my best to fix it promptly.

XML is a more natural and robust way to handle export / import of Profiler data.
