| Posted: | | | | Maybe another crazy idea, maybe something, other collectors would appreciate, too.... As my collection is still growing and meanwhile has reached an extraordinary size, sometimes I got no idea what I should watch. There's the possibility which makes the database chosing but everybody knows, that most times it's either a movie you've just watched (and not entered the "last watched" date) or it's something you actualy are absolutely not interested in.
Well, for me sometimes it would be interesting just to watch a movie which got an Oscar or a Hugo (or any other popular prize), but to find it, I'd need to check movie by movie IF it recieved an ward.
So a) Is it an idea to add this possibility to the Filters: Check the box to filter only the movies which recieved an award (or - more detailed - with additional checkboxes for all different awards listed in the awards-add on) b) Is this technically possible to implement this into DVDprofiler or c) Is it neccessary to make this an enhancement of the Awards-Add on?
Let me know what you think about this idea and if YOU know more about the technical site of the software, let me know if it even is possible to implement this filter and on which of the both way it could be handled
Thankx for your support! |

This might be an idea if I would have done it from the beginning. But now my collection is "a little bit" bigger, and checking and then tagging all the movies would be a marathon. Especially as the awards are available with the addon, there should be a technical solution to combine one thing with another - at least I hope so |
