Getting an error when loading online profile list |

| | Posted: | | | | Every time I try to add a dvd to my collection, I get an error when the online profile list goes to update. I have tried repairing the database and this does no good also. Is there anything I can do for this? Thanks. |

Hold down the Ctrl key while clicking on Refresh Online Profile List.
Alternately - in the support tab on this site select Downloading, then I'm unable to download the online profile list. This explains how to manually download the Online Profile List. | | | | Registered: February 10, 2002 |

But my advice would be to close DVD Profiler, make sure that you are not running low on disk space in your Documents folder, empty your recycle bin.
