| Posted: | | | | Hi, I ran across an odd problem with the latest Android version of DVD Profiler. I wanted to print out a list of all my discs so it looked like that would have to be done from my laptop.
I hadn’t transferred DVD Profiler for Desktop to my new laptop so I installed the latest version on my Windows 10 laptop. I started out with an empty database on the laptop and did a WiFi transfer from my Android phone. The transfer completed but when I checked the laptop I only had 80 of the 880 discs on my phone.
When I checked my phone it too only had 80 discs. Somehow as a result of the transfer it had lost 800 discs, mostly the older titles. Is there any way to restore the database on my Android phone to what it contained prior to the transfer?
Thanks for any assistance, Mike |

| Posted: | | | | I don't know how this could happen, but then I never use a direct connection for syncing. I keep my phone and desktop collections in sync with the online collection. It looks like most of your collection is still available online so can't you just restore it from there? | | | First registered: February 15, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | I got my old laptop out of storage and it had about 800 titles in the database. I uploaded those to the online database. I was hoping I wouldn’t have to enter 80 discs worth of info to get back to date.
Really weird problem. Thanks for the response |
