First, check to ensure that available space is sufficient on the mobile device destination. Also ensure that your device has the latest firmware, as errors writing large and/or many files to memory cards can be caused by out of date firmware.

If writing through ActiveSync still generates errors, you can bypass them by using the direct memory card writing synchronization in DVD Profiler 3.5 and higher. Here's how to set this up:

• First, identify the name of your destination card on your mobile device. Check File Explorer for the name. (e.g. "SD Card")
• Connect your mobile device to your PC and remove the memory card, placing it in your desktop's memory card reader.
• Start DVD Profiler's mobile synchronization; from the "Send to Mobile Device" page, select the "Map Cards..." button at the bottom.
• Enter the card name from above (e.g. "SD Card") - be sure to get the name exactly right, and select the drive for the memory card; select Next
• Select the newly mapped name as the destination for your collection, images, and/or upcoming.
• Complete your synchronization then remove the card and place it back in your mobile device.

Once this is set up, you can perform synchronizations by connecting your mobile device and placing the card into your desktop's card reader. DVD Profiler will remember the other settings and complete the synchronization.
